Adult Mission Trips

 

Philippine Trip – Our adults and youth have been to the Philippines
on mission trips and some of the things they have done are:

  • Build bunk beds for the Christian camp

  • Construction of buildings

  • Talked to the children in schools.

  • Brought a medical team to help them physically

  • Brought wordless books and other things to help them spiritually.

  • Taught them healthy habits.

  • Helped them have “Pure Water”

  • Shared their testimony or some may have preached.

  • Played with the children and worked on crafts.

  • One year we presented VBS for the MKs

  • And many other things.

Guatemala Trip – Worked in a orphanage/school where there are
over 425 children (babies through college age)

Some of the things we accomplished:

  • Handy-man jobs

  • Sewing

  • Told Bible Stories

  • Crafts

  • Puppets

  • Sang fun songs

  • Block party

  • Hung out and played games with them.

  • Left many items for the children

  • Helped them buy a commercial washing machine for one of the boy’s dorms

  • We fed over 425 ice cream and pizza to the young children

Some of the places we have been in the past and some of these trips included the youth:

Louisville KY, Alaska, Butte Montana, San Antonio Texas, Omaha Nebraska, Bolivia South America, Window Rock Arizona, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Chattanooga Tennessee, Alabama

Most of these trips we conducted VBS, Backyard Bible School, Prayer walking, and handyman jobs, Nursing Home Ministry.

This Year we were hoping to go to Haiti but we are going to wait until another time.

We are now planning to go in the states to an Appalachian area in Middlesboro, KY.
